We enjoyed the eccentricity of the place. Outside decoration is amazing and inviting, with an abundance of fun details. Our children enjoyed it so much that they want to return for a longer stay. The Secret Garden is a delight for people of all ages, and we were even permitted to climb to the roof for a magnificent view. Staff was very friendly and responsive, pre-arrival commuication was seamless too. We will return for sure.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious room, worthy of 4 or 5 stars rather than 3, exceptional service and extremely friendly staff, nice location and views, very well-maintained and tasteful facilities, excellent breakfast (including the coffee), and to top it off a delicious dinner at the restaurant next door. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an invigorating getaway in nature, but also families with smaller children, as there is lots to do for them right outside the hotel.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. All questions were solved with helpfull attitude. Even made full breakfast for me, when I had to leave early. Not the lunch box, but full breakfast. Greek accents are also very nice in the hotel.

Hotel zur Römerbrücke features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Neuwied. The hotel is situated close to Koblenz. There is a free public parking 200 m away from the hotel which is great if you travel by car. The hotel surprised us with a very stylish, spacious and impeccably clean room. Plenty of light coming through the big windows. The bathroom was large, everything inside looked new and shiny. I loved its character. The noise isolation must be exceptional: I did not hear neighbors at all while the hotel was full. The staff was very friendly, attentive to detail and ready to help. We could check in despite our early arrival. The breakfast was very nice, too. Freshly baked bread and croissants were delicious!
